Returns - You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in original unused condition and preferably with the same amount of packaging - wrapped, double boxed if large or fragile, etc..

Cancel - In Tandem Gallery can cancel online orders and refund customers' money due to pricing errors or for any other uninteded issues or concerns.

Refunds - Once we receive your item, we will inspect it. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

Shipping - You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are nonrefundable since they go to the postal service used. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your total cost.
